Khi sử dụng Zimbra chúng ta có thể gặp trường hợp trong command status của các dịch vụ báo running nhưng trên admin monitor báo stop.
để khắc phục làm theo hướng dẫn sau:
1: khởi động lại crond
service crond restart
chkconfig crond on
2: Sửa file rsyslog.conf
mở file rsyslog.conf và bỏ comment ở dòng sau
vi /etc/rsyslog.conf
$modload imupd
$UDPServerRun514
khởi động lại dịch vụ rsyslog
service rsyslog restart
chkconfig rsyslog on
update rsyslog
/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmsyslogsetup
3: update authkeys
su - zimbra
zmupdateauthkeys
nếu chạy zimbra trên multip server chạy command trên zimbra mailbox, ldap, mta
